How to Use the Begin with the end in Mind Process

Where you will you be in the Future?

Have you been tasked by this question before?
Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
A lot of the people I have met and asked them to visualise the end, have answered back saying this is one of the difficult things to do. I cant see that far ahead is the answer

Watch this video and listen to how V Shetty uses the end in mind process

Where you will you be in the Future?

Have you been tasked by this question before?
Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
A lot of the people I have met and asked them to visualise the end, have answered back saying this is one of the difficult things to do. I cant see that far ahead is the answer

Watch this video and listen to how V Shetty uses the end in mind process.

So Where to begin?

Begin small. Pick up the small goal that you have in your mind. If you are struggling with goal setting download the simple goal setting sheet from my website “insert the link”

Now that you have that one goal written down you are ready to go.

The mind works well with the inputs that are a combination of listening, seeing, tasting, feeling, smell. If you could create a reality which gets perceived through the 5 senses that is excellent, however a combination of the sense perceptions when used together can deliver results too

So for your goal. Use the power of imagination and create a picture of how that goal would look like when completed. Add or remove color from that image or maybe it is a movie. Also in your visualization process listen to the inputs coming in or you speaking when that goal is completed. Now move onto feel the feeling you could feel when you have achieved the goal ..

There you go, you are sorted with the end in mind for your first small goal. Play on some more- think bigger, go down 5 years , 10 years ahead

Steps involved

  1. Set a goal- you want some nudge download the free goal setting write up
  2. Become aware of your 5 senses as you have them now. Sense of touch, seeing, hearing, smell and taste
  3. For your first goal imagine you have already achieved the goal- what is the end in mind.
  4. In your imagination check out if it is an image, a movie, just written form or however it appears. Use your power to get clarity
  5. Add, remove color. Listen to what is being said or what is it that you are saying. Feel as though it is happening now
  6. Go on now- You have started creating a new reality towards your goal

Share your thoughts on this video, the process and all the times you have used it. I would like to hear from you
