How “Think Positive” Works
A note from life:
We keep hearing “think positive” very often.
Does it really work?
Thinking positively becomes a sham if done as a path of escaping the thoughts, emotions and events that are occurring in that very moment ..
So, It becomes very pertinent that you give careful attention to what is seeking to draw your mind towards it. Is it related to health, relations, career? Could be anything !
Patiently and lovingly acknowledge the lesson being offered by life through these channels.
Having given gratitude for it then move on to choosing an appropriate high frequency thought – positive thought.

Mind creates your reality- use it wisely ..
Its very essential to follow acceptance of the self before a mind shift can even take effect. You can use the simple steps below when faced with a situation demanding your attention. You might actually want the situation to be behind you rather quickly.
- Acknowledge that you are in a situation that needs your attention. Know that this event, person, pain has occurred for a reason.
- Give attention to it- Only when you acknowledge the situation and give it your attention will the lesson be absorbed by you & not reoccur. If you run away in haste the issue might remain and come up again in a different situation and with more force
- Accept the situation- Know that this is exactly where you had to be now to move forward in life. Observe the passing nature of the thought, situation, event, emotion and people
- Expect the healing that comes through the process of being an unattached observer
- Release your self of any guilt, resentment. Its not necessary to beat yourself up
- Now Choose a thought form which resonates with a higher frequency of being- Lets call this a positive state of mind and being
